Bittersweet

Today is bittersweet. My newest niece is born. She was born last night at 10:55pm. She is 9lbs.5oz, and 20 inches long. She has a headfull of hair. She looks like her two older brothers. My brother is a proud daddy of a litle girl. My mom is a proud grandma of her first granddaughter. I'm a proud aunt of my first niece.

I'm so happy for them.

When's my turn?

  3. I know how hard it can be when other people have babies. All of my friends are either pregnant or have babies. I too find myself asking "when will it be my turn?".
    Hang in there!

  7. Your turn is coming soon Brianne!! I know how you feel... I have an unmarried, single (FWB) neice who already can't look after her 3 year old.. my sister.. who has bone cancer is basically raising her daughter. Anyhow.. the girl got pregnant again.. due in April. She even said she went for an abortion but was too far along. Soooo... yes... I wish it were me, too.. Soon though for us both!!
