Kaua has really gotten into the business of laughing recently and its so awesome!

Kaua also does his version of mama and dada (but we know he hasn't connected those words to us yet)!

My Path to Motherhood

Sept. 2007 - Off BCP, begin charting, but actively not TTC
November 10, 2007 - Married!
February 2008 - Honeymoon and begin TTC using charting
June 2008 - First BFP
July 4, 2008 - First MC (natural) at 5.5 weeks
August 8, 2008 - Second BFP (immediately after 1st MC)
September 15, 2008 - First u/s at 9 weeks - discover baby stopped growing at 6 weeks.
September 26, 2008 - D and C (Second MC)
November 7, 2008 - Diagnosed with submucosal fibroid
December 11, 2008 - surgery to remove fibroid; discover I have subseptate uterus and hyperplasia instead. Doc removed both septate and hyperplasia and began treatment to prevent hyperplasia from returning with 3 months of BCP.
February 13, 2009 - retest for hyperplasia. Hyperplasia is Gone!
February 18, 2009 - Begin CD 1 of first cycle back at TTC
March 27, 2009 - Third BFP!
April 14, 2009 - 1st U/S -we have a heart beat!
May 19, 2009 - 2nd PNA @ 11w2d - Find Heartbeat on doppler! 163BPM
June 16, 2009 - 3rd PNA @ 15w2d HB approx. 150BMP
June 23, 2009 - Level 2 u/s @ 16w2d. It's a boy!
July 14, 2009 - 4th PNA @ 19w2d - HB unknown b/c baby was very active!
July 20, 2009 - 2nd Level 2 u/s. Baby boy is still doing great!
August 11, 2009 - 5th PNA - HB approx 145-150s
Sept. 9, 2009 - 6th PNA - HB approx 140s
November 27, 2009 - Kaua is born! 1.5 weeks early.
December 6, 2009 - EDD for our first child!
